The taking over Gaza is one that recently comes to mind. Yet there might be something to an idea based on the Marshall Plan. I realize that the younger population might not be aware of the rebuilding of Europe after WWII (which looked like Gaza does today) by the allies, led by the USA.                                                                                         How about a Council of Nations or whatever it would be known as, consisting of representatives from the governments of Gaza (vetting out Hamas) Palestine, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia USA, and Israel, charged with financing and rebuilding Gaza for the displaced people to return to.
