 5/23/24                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     From an editorial that appeared  in the Las Vegas Review: [On Tuesday of last week] Biden told Yahoo Finance " I think inflation has gone slightly up(of late). It was at 9 % when I came in, and its down around 3 percent".  For the record, when he was inaugurated, the annual rate was 1.4%. After Sixteen months it had soared to 9 %. It's now around 3.5%.  Aren't there any staff, advisors or anyone in the west wing paying attention.  One of these two candidates will be President and have some real problems to handle; Will we be able to believe anything they say?

 5/8/24                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Editorial appeared in the Las Vegas Review 5/7/24 March '24 news release issued by the White House: "President (Joe) Biden believes housing costs are too high, and significant investments are needed to address the large shortage of affordable homes inherited from his predecessor and that has been growing for more than decade."                                                                                                                                                Six weeks later the administration unveiled new energy regulations for home construction that could add up to $30,000 to the price of a new home.                                                                                                          Anyone watching the store in DC?

 5/1/24                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Just tried  to find out what's going on country wide at our {higher educational Universities }   by watching our self-acclaimed media . They repeatedly state that these are {student} demonstrations. Please stop; we are supposed to believe that groups of these students are all over the country, all with the same little green tents, all wearing the same costumes? Have they interviewed some of these demonstrators to see if they are even students? Where are the professionals who are supposed to get some factual stories. all we are getting are different takes for the same stories from each outlet.

                               PS   Where are all the parents; hopefully they know where their Children are. And I'm sure they are withholding their 5 figure tuitions. As a former demonstrator from years ago {60yrs} I yearn for the Jimmy Breslin's and his cohorts who we could count on.
